AI Photo
The AI Photo is Radical's free self-scan that shows an organisation where it stands with AI. It takes about ten minutes, asks no commitment, and produces a snapshot of your starting point: how decisions are made, what the data looks like, and which opportunities are within reach.
Why a photo and not a report
The name is literal. A photo is a moment, not a study. It tells you what the situation looks like right now so you can decide whether a deeper look is worth it. It does not pretend to be a business case, and it should not be used as one.
What it asks
Questions about your organisation rather than your technology: who decides on new working methods, where work piles up, whether people already use AI tools on their own initiative, and how consistently your data is recorded. Ten minutes, no preparation.
What you get back
A snapshot of your starting position and an indication of which opportunities are realistic at your current level. Enough to have an informed conversation internally. Not enough to sign off an investment, because that needs your own numbers and interviews.
What comes after
If the picture raises real questions, the next step is the paid AI Readiness Scan: two weeks, interviews, your own data, a ranked list of opportunities and a roadmap. The Photo qualifies the starting point, the Scan produces the decision, and the Capability Sprint builds the first working use case.
A note on the name
You will also see this free scan referred to as an AI zero measurement or AI baseline. They describe the same thing. The generic market term is explained separately under AI nulmeting.
