AI Readiness Scan
An AI Readiness Scan is a two-week diagnosis of how ready an organisation is to put AI to work. It maps where you stand, ranks the opportunities that matter, calculates the return on the strongest ones, and delivers a roadmap your board can actually decide on.
What it actually measures
A readiness scan is often mistaken for a technology audit. It is not. The question is not whether your systems can run a model, but whether your organisation can absorb the change: who decides, who owns the process, whether the data means the same thing in two departments, and whether anyone has time to keep the thing running once the pilot ends.
Those are organisational questions, not IT questions. They are also the questions that decide whether an AI project reaches production, which is why the scan starts there.
What you get
Four deliverables:
- Where your organisation stands on AI today, stated plainly
- A ranked matrix of opportunities, so the debate is about order rather than about everything at once
- A return calculation on the strongest opportunities, on your own numbers
- A roadmap written for a boardroom, not for a development team
What it costs and what it asks of you
The Readiness Scan starts from 3,900 euro, depending on size and modules. It runs over ten working days: three days of digital intake, three days of conversations, three days of analysis, one day of delivery. The time it asks of your people is a short digital intake and roughly one hour per person.
Who it is for
Organisations of roughly 50 to 350 people whose owners and directors want to take a deliberate next step rather than buy another tool. If nobody in the company has a mandate to decide about AI, the scan will surface that first, because that is usually the real blocker.
How it differs from a free self-scan
The free AI Photo tells you roughly where you stand in ten minutes. The Readiness Scan is the paid version with interviews, your own data and a defensible business case. The Photo qualifies the starting point; the Scan produces the decision.
