Do I need to be senior?

Radical focuses on senior and managerial AI professionals, for permanent and interim roles. If you're not there yet, you're welcome to take the APAC test and see where you stand; the report is yours either way.

How long does the selection take?

Roughly three weeks from your first click to a community decision: the APAC test, a real conversation, and a considered answer. No black hole, you hear from us at every step.

What happens after I'm accepted?

You join the living room: meetups, knowledge sessions, coaching and peer-to-peer learning, plus first access to senior roles and interim projects that fit who you are, long before they're public.

Can I join from outside the Netherlands?

Yes. The community is European; events centre on the Netherlands but sessions are hybrid and roles increasingly cross borders. If the human factor fits, geography rarely blocks it.

Is this a recruitment agency?

Not in the classic sense. We're a community first: we select on who you are, invest in your growth, and match you when the right role or interim project appears. We don't send CVs around.
