Not Asia-Pacific

Worth saying plainly, because the abbreviation collides with a region. APAC here is a proprietary assessment framework and has nothing to do with Asia-Pacific.

The four dimensions

• Adaptability. How someone behaves when the situation changes and the plan no longer fits
• Personality. How they work, decide and take up space in a team
• Awareness. Whether they can read their own effect on a room and on a decision
• Connection. Whether they can hold a difficult conversation across technical and non-technical audiences

Why a named framework rather than a gut feeling

A CV records the past: what someone did, where, and who stamped it. Useful, but it does not show how a person thinks under pressure or whether they will push back when the room wants to ship anyway. In AI work those qualities decide whether a hire becomes a good one or an expensive one.

The alternative to a named framework is not neutrality, it is unexamined judgement. Phrases like cultural fit sound harmless and are precisely where bias survives, because nobody has to say what they mean. Naming the dimensions and measuring them the same way for everyone makes the judgement contestable, which is what makes it fairer.

How it is taken

Candidates take it free at radicalnetwork.nl in ten to twenty minutes. There is no answer key to game. The result lands in a real conversation rather than a score, and the report stays with the candidate throughout their career at Radical.

What this has to do with capability
