Radical B.V. (i.f.) is an AI recruitment and AI Capability building firm registered in the Netherlands. We can be reached at info@radicalai.nl.

What data we collect

When you contact us or apply through our portal, we collect your name, email address, and any information you choose to share about your professional background. We use this data solely to match you with relevant roles or hiring companies.

How we use your data

We use your data to:

• Respond to enquiries from companies and candidates
• Present suitable candidates to hiring companies (with your consent)
• Send updates about our community events (opt-in only)

We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties outside of the recruitment process without your explicit consent.

Your rights

Under GDPR you have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. To exercise these rights, email us at info@radicalai.nl.

Cookies and analytics

Only if you click "Accept analytics" in the cookie banner do we use:

• Google Analytics, for visitor numbers
• ContentSquare, to see how people click and scroll through the site
• Snitcher, which uses your IP address to recognise which company a visit comes from
• a visitor ID in your browser, which records which pages you view

If you then get in touch, we can see which pages you read before you did. Visits without contact are deleted after 90 days. If you decline, none of these four run. We also count visits anonymously and without cookies with Plausible and Vercel Analytics.

Forms

When you fill in a form, we store your IP address and browser type alongside your answers, to prevent abuse.
